The Objective

As an established, award-winning destination management company, The Traveller DMC needed a new way to present Singapore that reflected both the destination and their reputation for tailored travel design. This was not about producing another brochure of fixed itineraries. It needed to celebrate 20 years of regional, on-the-ground expertise, speak clearly to a global audience, and support travel planners looking for thoughtful, custom-built programmes. The shift away from print towards a more accessible and sustainable format was also a key part of the brief.

The Solution

We developed a digital-first, multi-language brochure that positions Singapore as a meeting point of cultures, ideas, and experiences, aligning with how The Traveller DMC creates travel programmes. The focus is on experience-led storytelling rather than packaged tours, allowing planners to imagine journeys that can be shaped around individuals, groups, and incentive travel.

Delivered in English, Chinese, Spanish and French, the brochure is built for international use across leisure, luxury, and MICE markets. The structure guides readers through inspiration and possibility in a way that feels practical for trade partners, while remaining easy to explore and simple to share. Moving to a digital format also supported The Traveller DMC’s commitment to sustainability and modern ways of working.

The Result

The new brochure gives The Traveller DMC a clear, polished way to present Singapore to partners worldwide. Travel planners can quickly access destination insight, curated experiences, and inspiration without relying on printed material. The content reinforces what The Traveller DMC is known for: deep regional knowledge, strong local relationships, and the ability to design travel experiences that feel personal and well considered.

For the team, the brochure is easier to maintain, easier to distribute, and far more flexible than traditional print. It supports ongoing conversations with global partners while positioning Singapore as a destination that rewards thoughtful, tailored travel.
