Dovetail delivered a high-impact two-day conference at GMHBA Stadium in Geelong, designing an integrated programme that included indoor and outdoor exhibitions with over 40 sponsors. A brand-new event identity drew inspiration from the stadium’s iconic sporting setting, flowing through digital signage, sponsorship packs, the event app, and all visual collateral.
To attract and engage sponsors, we developed multi-tiered partnership options, complete with custom signage, curated placements, and interactive activations - from lounges and coffee carts to onsite massage and entertainment. The welcome function, held within the exhibition space, transitioned into an upbeat networking hub with DJ sets and glowing hula hoop dancers.
The Gala Anniversary Dinner brought it home in style with illuminated centrepieces, a 60-year retrospective video, custom gala guides, and full venue branding including LED displays and themed digital content - all managed end-to-end by Dovetail.
