The Objective

The Traveller, a leading destination management company (DMC) in Singapore, needed a new sales brochure that would showcase the country’s world-class tourism offerings in a cost-effective, sustainable, and engaging way.

With Singapore continually reinventing itself as a premier travel destination, the brochure needed to capture the country’s eco-energy and innovation while positioning The Traveller as the go-to operator for business and FIT travellers in a post-COVID world.

The challenge was to transition from expensive, print-based sales materials to a fully digital, interactive format that aligned with Singapore’s sustainability goals while delivering a more dynamic and measurable marketing tool.

The Solution

Dovetail developed a bold, visually immersive digital brochure that reimagined how The Traveller showcases Singapore’s tourism experiences.

Kaleidoscope Design Concept - Inspired by Singapore’s ever-evolving landscape, a unique kaleidoscope pattern was created for each chapter of the brochure, Luxury, Prestige, Paradise, Comfort Stays, Attractions, and Experiences, visually capturing the dynamic and diverse offerings of each category.

Digital-First Transition - The traditional high-cost print brochure was replaced with a 100% digital version, reducing waste and eliminating printing and courier expenses. This shift also enabled interactive features like embedded video, clickable links, and analytics tracking.

Engagement & Measurability - The digital format allows sales and marketing teams to track customer interaction, identifying which products generate the most interest, leading to more informed business decisions.

Sustainability-Focused Design - The brochure aligns with Singapore’s sustainability goals, reducing environmental impact while enhancing brand engagement through potential 3D animations and social media integration.

The Result

The Singapore Reimagined brochure has transformed how The Traveller markets its services. The interactive, visually compelling digital format has significantly increased customer engagement and conversion rates, while the ability to track user interaction has provided invaluable insights for future business development.

By moving to a fully digital format, The Traveller has also drastically reduced production costs and environmental impact, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability. The brochure is now a key sales tool, helping to attract new business partners and position The Traveller as the leading local operator for Singapore’s tourism industry.
