Plascorp aimed to improve internal communication, build its employer brand, and create a more consistent and engaging environment for staff from onboarding through to retention.
Plascorp’s external brand was well-established, but internally, there was a gap. We reviewed and rebuilt their entire HR suite including policies, procedures, onboarding and performance documentation - to reflect their values and voice. We introduced an employee welcome pack, policy manual, and branded performance tools. To support ongoing communication, we also launched a monthly employee newsletter, celebrating milestones and sharing business updates.
The internal experience now mirrors the strength of the external brand. Employees are better informed, onboarding is smoother, and managers are equipped to lead with confidence. With Dovetail's involvement, engagement increased across the business, creating stronger alignment and culture from the ground up.
