The Objective

Australia Travel Agents Co-operative (ATAC) needed a custom-built intranet and enterprise website to streamline member communications, align internal systems, and enhance operational efficiency.

The platform had to provide ATAC members with a one-stop hub for accessing partner platforms, industry news, incentives, and promotions, while also serving as a marketing tool to attract new members. To differentiate ATAC from competitors, the project also required the development of a sub-brand that reinforced the co-operative’s mission and goals.

The Solution

Dovetail designed ATAC360, a fully responsive web platform that delivers seamless access to critical business tools on any device, anywhere in the world.The platform organises and presents complex incentives, travel deals, commissions, and partner updates in a clear and intuitive interface, ensuring efficiency for members and management alike. Custom reporting and analytics were integrated to help ATAC make data-driven decisions for future growth.

The ATAC360 brand identity was developed to align with ATAC’s existing "Partners in Your Prosperity" positioning. Inspired by the 360-degree scope of business management and the global nature of travel, the name ATAC360 – Your Gateway to Prosperity encapsulates the platform’s comprehensive functionality and industry impact.

The Result

Unveiled at Future Focus Brisbane, ATAC360 became the standout technology release of the event, instantly enhancing member engagement and partner connectivity. The platform equips ATAC with a powerful, scalable digital solution, enabling it to compete with larger travel groups at a fraction of the cost while future-proofing operations in an evolving industry.
