We’re proud to announce that Dovetail Brand Engagement will be taking the stage at The Business Show Australia 2025 with a session designed to challenge how businesses think about their brand.
The seminar, titled “Building a brand that attracts the right talent and the right customer,” will take place from 1:15pm-1:45pm in Theatre 2 (sponsored by WHD) at the International Convention Centre in Sydney. The 30-minute session will explore how modern branding requires more than external campaigns and visuals - it demands alignment between an organisation’s internal culture and the way it is experienced by customers.
“Your brand is no longer just a logo or a slogan. It’s the emotional connection people have when they interact with your business - whether that’s the customers you serve or the people you want to hire,” said Marcus Gibbs, Director - Design and Marketing at Dovetail Brand Engagement. “This session is about helping leaders rethink the brand touchpoints that matter most and how to use them to create loyalty, engagement, and growth.”
Co-presenter Jackie Gordon, Director - HR and Events at Dovetail Brand Engagement, added: “Too often, businesses separate their people strategy from their brand strategy. In reality, the two must work hand in hand. When culture and brand align, they become an organisation’s most powerful competitive advantage.”
The session will provide attendees with reflective questions, practical tools, and a model to activate their brand from the inside out. Attendees will walk away with fresh insights and one key question: Is your brand attracting the people who matter most?
The seminar forms part of The Business Show’s agenda of world-class speakers, which also includes leaders from Google, PayPal, and Spotify.
